With over 30 years of experience in engineering and global operations, Timm led Realityworks’ transformation into a 100% employee-owned company in 2021, paving the way for RW Thrive’s launch in 2024. A strong advocate for workforce development and employee ownership, Timm holds several leadership roles and seven patents.
Mary Boettcher is the CFO of RW Thrive, with over 20 years of experience in finance, manufacturing, and operations. She played a key role in the company’s revenue growth and its transition to a 100% employee-owned organization. A respected advocate for employee ownership, she has served as Board Chair of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is an active member of several industry organizations.
Adam Kleinman is an accomplished senior executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading growth, innovation, and organizational transformation. As Chief Operating Officer of RW Thrive, he oversees the Realityworks and CreXo brands, guiding strategy, operations, and long‑term vision. Known for building high‑performing teams and delivering measurable results, Adam brings deep expertise in brand strategy, product innovation, and disciplined operational leadership, along with a strong commitment to sustainable growth.
John McCormick is a C-suite executive with 30+ years of experience in management, strategy, and finance across diverse industries. Since 2015, he has served on the board, with expertise in governance, M&A, and corporate transactions. He is skilled in financial matters; John is accomplished in both general management and strategic leadership.
Jakub Prokop brings over 20 years of experience in public Career and Technical Education, with a background as an instructor, school district-level manager, and technical college leader. He has extensive expertise in grant management, organizational culture development, legislative advocacy, accreditation, and curriculum development. Jakub has been a board member since 2024.
Keith Klein is an accomplished board member and business leader with 25+ years of strategic and operational leadership, including C-suite roles, and 35+ years of expertise in finance and technology. Since 2022, he has served on the board, bringing proven expertise in governance, M&A, investment management, SaaS startups, ESOP structures, and corporate transactions.
